  Just to give some background, my girlfriend and I had troubles along our trip from PA to SC, where we both live. Unfortunately along the way our car broke down about 5 hours into our trip right inside Princeton, WV. After being brought to Mount Airy, NC by AAA, we ended up having to get a hotel and wait until the following morning. We wake up struggling to find someone ASAP, we called repair shop after repair shop to find some unsuspecting news that nobody could get us in for a few days and some even weeks. We had our car sitting at an auto shop that we thought we be able to see us, they were not very hospitable or helpful. Everything pointed toward us not being able to get home for awhile. Then we called Tracy Automotive and all our troubles went away. Matt answered kindly and gave us the hope we wanted to hear. He so gladly came down to the other shop we had been towed to, inspected the car, gave us honest answer and escorted us back to his shop. After gathering ourselves back to his auto repair shop, he was made us feel comfortable and reassured us that he could do his best to get us home. To make things even better, he offered to take us back to our hotel while he managed to fix our car, fixed it within the hour, and so kindly came back to the hotel after everything was squared away to even pick us up to bring us again to his repair shop. Never in my short 21 years of life have I experienced even the slightlest bit of hospitality like Matt gave. It was refreshing to know that people out there are so willing to help others. Matt was so generous to us and made our trip go as smooth as possible. I highly highly reccommend everyone and anyone to always give Matt at Tracy Automotive a call. He was punctual, honest, reliable and overall a great man to have help us in a time of desperation. Glad we crossed paths and hope more people go to see him when they're in need!
