  There would be a lot less poor reviews of this place if parents would pay attention to their own children and inforce the rules clearly posted for all to see. It is not a place to drop off your child unattended, it is not a daycare. If parents would get off their phones and discipline their entitled children when they break the rules, then the owner and staff wouldn’t need to do it for them. The only thing I would change is a stricter cell phone policy. There should be no cell phones within the rink for any reason. Small children and adults alike get cut off and wrecked because of other kids skating with phones 2 inches from their faces. Skating is dangerous enough without 75% of skaters not paying attention. I’ve even seen people skating around watching YouTube! It is ridiculous! I’m sick of watching children beg their friends to get off their phones in the rink so that they can actually spend time together. It’s not going to kill these kids to put their phones down and live their life!
