  I paid nearly $1000 to a local business who brokers buildings for this company. I was told that I would be contacted by them to set up a delivery and installation. I had a question about billing so I attempted to contact them by email and telephone to try to work it out ahead of time. Subsequent calls were made and no return call or email was sent. Two weeks later they finally called to set up delivery and the available date would not work out on my end. Two more weeks pass by and they call and leave me a voicemail. I have returned their call and left for different voicemails and they will not return my call. Long story short, six weeks later, I still have no building and no delivery date and the company will not return my call. The only reason I give them two stars is that they did offer one delivery date however I was unavailable then. This is one of those places that dangle the carrot in front of the horse with so-called free delivery and installation, however they never actually follow through and their customer service is nonexistent. I will be visiting the local business who is a field representative for them to try and recover my $1000.
